These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.jyotishvedh.com(“Website”) and any consultancy, training or related services offered by Jyotish-Vaastu Science Institute & Research Center (JVSIRC), Nashik, under the guidance of Abhay Agaste( “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or booking a consultation or course with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Nature of Our Services

JVSIRC offers guidance in Vedic astrology, K.P. astrology, Vastu Shastra, numerology, Ratnashastra (gemstone consultancy), colour therapy, aura reading, geopathic stress detection and related remedial practices, along with structured courses through JVSIRC Gurukul.

  • Our consultations offer guidance based on traditional and classical knowledge systems combined with our own study and experience. They are advisory in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychiatric advice.
  • Outcomes described during a consultation (career, health, relationships, business, property, etc.) are indicative guidance, not guarantees. Individual results depend on factors beyond our control, and we do not promise specific results, cures or outcomes.
  • For any medical, legal or financial decision, please consult an appropriately licensed professional in addition to any guidance received from us.
  • Gemstone (Ratnashastra) recommendations are suggestions based on astrological analysis; purchase and use of any gemstone is at your own discretion and risk.

Appointments, Fees & Payments

  • Consultations are by appointment. Please share accurate birth details (date, time and place of birth) or property details where relevant — the quality of our guidance depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • Consultation fees, course fees and payment terms are communicated directly at the time of booking or enrolment and may be revised from time to time.
  • Fees once paid for a consultation or a course are generally non-refundable, except where we are unable to provide the service as booked. Any refund, in such cases, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • Rescheduling of an appointment is subject to availability; please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Courses & Training

Enrolment in any JVSIRC Gurukul course (Vedic Astrology & K.P., Numerology, Vastu Shastra, Astro Remedy, or any other programme) is subject to the batch schedule, fee structure and course-specific terms shared with you at the time of admission. Course materials, certificates and content shared during training are for your personal learning and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed without our written permission.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, graphics, logos and course material on this Website are the property of JVSIRC or Abhay Agaste, unless otherwise credited, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
